Booking policies

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Deposits can be moved to a new date once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or need a reschedule.
  • Please come alone, with clean eyes and no mascara or eye makeup.
  • Lashes from another studio need removal before a refill.

Aftercare & FAQ

How long do extensions last?

Your natural lashes shed every few weeks, so we recommend a refill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the set full.

How should I care for them?

Keep them dry for the first 24 hours. After that, wash daily with lash shampoo, brush gently, avoid oil-based products and never pull or rub them.

Do extensions damage natural lashes?

Not when applied correctly. Every extension is matched to the strength of your natural lash, so the weight stays safe.

Which set should I choose?

Classic looks like mascara, hybrid adds texture, volume is full and fluffy, and mega volume is the most dramatic. Not sure? Pick hybrid and add a note.
